Humans are designed to be herbivores but most people have been eating animal flesh and dairy products since their youth. They have consumed cooked, instant, and processed foods and therefore have ingested harmful additives and chemicals. We should understand if we eat healthy raw foods that are easy to digest then we wouldn't have to worry about obesity and would be less likely to visit the doctor's office or take medications resulting in poor health and other related problems.
